Fiona Ho

Fiona Ho is Chief Human Resources Officer at Sophos, where she shapes the company’s global people strategy across talent, culture, learning & development, total rewards, internal communications, and employee engagement. A long-time trusted leader within Sophos, she partners closely with the executive team to build a high performing organization that attracts, develops, and retains the talent needed to support long-term growth and innovation. As AI becomes an expected capability in every role, her focus is on building a future ready workforce equipped with durable, market-relevant skills to succeed in an evolving world of work.

Prior to her appointment to CHRO, Fiona served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sophos, where she helped scale HR programs to support growth and operational excellence. Earlier in her career, she held progressive HR leadership roles across technology and cybersecurity organizations, including Industrial Light & Magic, Absolute Software, and Fortinet.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources Management from The University of British Columbia and is a certified Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
